In order to ensure the washing process in this system: first, the parts are washed with the help of ultrasonic waves and with the minimum consumption of industrial washing materials in the shortest possible time; The use of ultrasonic waves allows us to clean all parts in the shortest time, 17 times more efficiently than manual washing. Then, the parts are rinsed to ensure washing and to remove the effect of industrial detergents. In the end, it is necessary to dry the molds with hot air in order to prepare the parts for the next work steps and also to protect the parts from humidity.
