Customized 250 liter ultrasonic washing line
This washing line has been designed and built by the engineers of Farasout Sanat company in order to prepare and clean the industrial parts before the NDT test. This device includes three tanks for pre-washing, ultrasonic washing, and rinsing.
Pre-wash tub:
- Made of 316L stainless steel with steel coating and heat insulation
- Equipped with overflow system for flow
- It has an electric heating system
Ultrasonic washing tub:
- Made of 316L stainless steel with steel coating and heat and sound insulation
- Equipped with an ultrasonic transducer manufactured by BANDELIN, Germany
- Ultrasonic generator made by BANDELIN company in Germany with the ability to adjust the output power of ultrasonic
- It has a dry run protection system
- Equipped with Over temperature protection system
- It has an ultrasonic time adjustment remote control
- Equipped with overflow system for flow
- It has an electric heating system
Rinsing tub:
Made of 316L stainless steel with steel coating
Dashboard:
Including electrical and electronic equipment, to control and feed system tools and equipment:
